In our opinion, at the moment, there is no better than the GOXLR (large or mini version). This device, in addition to creating multiple audio tracks (very convenient to separate game, music, voice chat, alerts etc ...), has many really useful features for your stream. Professional studio headphones can be connected without too many problems (over 200 Ohm the sound will be slightly low). However, we recommend taking the Grande version only if you have an XLR microphone to make the most of the VoiceMod and microphone equalization features.

In case you need to stream from Console or with a second PC, it has all the necessary audio inputs / outputs on the back.

In the case of Dual PC Setup we recommend connecting it to the Streaming PC, but it remains a personal choice.

STREAMING PC

Streaming PC is a second PC to divide the workload of streaming from the Gaming PC.
The basic concept is to use the PC from Gaming only to open the game for the best available performance and move all other applications / software from stream to the Streaming PC.
An acquisition card will also be required.

We remind you that until you become a Twitch Partner, the use of two PCs, one for playing and one for streammare, is practically useless: Twitch does not allow to reach a good quality of the live (maximum at 6000 Bitrates). In addition, NVIDIA video cards (from the 2000 Series onwards) have a chip dedicated to encoding for the Stream that allow you to play and stream on the same device and not miss too many FPS (about fifteen) with excellent quality.

While for a single PC you are practically obliged to use the encoding of the video card (NVENC / AMD), in the case of a double PC you can evaluate to use the encoding of the processor (x264) with presets at least on Medium or Slow (more ’ slow is, the more ’ load you will have on the processor).

We, despite having a fairly valid Streaming PC, still prefer NVIDIA encoding because it is more ’ light, simple and with excellent quality, especially in FPS games or in any case with fast gameplay.
