CALL OF DUTY: BLACK OPS 7
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 launches with heavier graphics, new effects and higher system requirements. For competitive play, you want the lowest possible input latency, stable frametimes and clean visibility, not cinematic visuals.
This guide documents the exact in-game settings used in the ItalianTweaks competitive preset and explains how to apply our downloadable preset files. The goal is simple: extract every frame per second the engine can offer while keeping the image readable in all situations.
1. ItalianTweaks Optimized Config Files (Recommended)
If you do not want to update every setting manually, the fastest solution is to use the ItalianTweaks preset pack.
We provide three pre-tuned configuration files in .txt format, built from the settings below and further micro-optimised for frametime stability and low input lag.

3. Performance Expectations
Exact numbers vary by map and hardware, but on test systems these settings consistently delivered higher average FPS, lower input latency and more stable frametimes than the default presets. High-end GPUs gain additional headroom for streaming or recording; mid-range and older cards gain substantial raw FPS and smoother gameplay.

This preset is built with a single priority: competitive advantage. Visual luxuries are reduced wherever they cost performance or clarity. You can either mirror the tables manually, or simply drop the ItalianTweaks .txt files into the players directory and let them apply all changes for you.
